Cancellation & No-Show Policy
By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours notice) Should you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, including in the case of an emergency, we are happy to reschedule you however your booking fee is non-refundable.
No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your booking fee will be forfeited in full.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.
When booking you’re face to face initial appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy.
When booking your virtual (Not a Phone Call) initial appointment you will be required to pay the full amount.
Once your booking is paid a SMS or Email will be sent to you with your appt details and a link which are forms that MUST BE COMPLETED at the time of booking, if they are not completed your appt maybe cancelled and refunded.
This is to allow plenty of time for review of your file prior to your appt and to hold your appointment for you.
We are a small Private Practice we put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.
