Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment.
When booking you’re face to face initial appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy.
When booking your virtual (Not a Phone Call) initial appointment you will be required to pay the full amount. You will be sent a link to your phone either the day before or the day of your appointment.
This is also to hold your appointment for you, however, if you cancel or do not contact the practice to advise within 24hrs you will forfeit your booking payment.
We are a small Private Practice we put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.
